About submission

Is it okay if my app would still be in development at the time of submission and not available for public but I'll add judges as tester.

  Hey Harshil,

  Yes, that's fine. Just make sure to add the testers and share the URL where the bot can be used (either a link to a Facebook page or a Messenger link where it's deployed). The accounts with testing access will be able to try them out this way.
